Hi everyone,

 

I just joined this group after meeting some of you at the Raw Meetup

potluck today at Madrona Park. This was my first potluck and it was

great to talk to people in person (vs. online--I am a member of some

other raw ). And also to try some new recipes.

 

I've been researching raw for about a year and a half and gradually

adding more fruit meals. Currently 3 weeks into a 1-month goal of

all-raw. I've been very influenced and helped by Nora Lenz

(www.rawschool.com) and have also been working with Audrey Walker

(www.rawhealing.com) for a few months. I'm thankful to have such

great people locally to learn from. Just from who I saw at the

potluck, it seems like this community is pretty large and diverse

and growing, so that's exciting.

 

I look forward to learning more from this group and meeting you at

future events!
