Michale and I are in Venezuela and I am in an old abbey right now that has been changed into a restaurant and internet cafe -- so I wanted to write and say hi. Venezula is so beautiful! Today we went to a monestary in the Andes Mountains... wow! While we are having a great time, it is VERY very difficult to be vegetarian here, not to mention vegan, let alone raw! We look forward to sharing stories upon our return. The good thing is that today we found some delicious sun-dried fruits. I will bring some home with me.
