Hi Everyone,

A belated reminder about tomorrow's monthly co-op pot luck.

Tomorrow's pot luck will be at Armstrong Park (Tom & Susan's) in

Redmond.

The weather looks great for a nice day of fun and games (and raw

food of course).

In an exception to the general rule, children are welcome so bring

those youngsters along.

The schedule of events is:

2:00 Party begins

3:00 Croquet and bocce ball begin

5:00 – 6:30 Co-op product pick up

6:30 Dinner

8:00 Gabriel Cousens movie (different then previously viewed one)

8:00 - ? Telling raw tales out at the fire pit

Throughout the day –Ping Pong, Foosball, Board Games

Info

We gather together to support and inspire each other in this

incredible raw food adventure. We share recipes, creativity,

information, experiences, concerns and techniques. And, most of

all, we share wonderful raw meals.

What to bring:

A prepared dish of raw, organic vegan ingredients.

These events are about abundance, therefore, each person is

requested to bring a prepared dish large enough that if eaten alone,

it would completely satisfy 2 – 3 people (couples 4 – 6 people).

Please provide a detailed list of ingredients, and the recipe, if

possible.

If it's your first time and you don't know what to bring, but are

interested in coming, just bring an organic salad with dressing on

the side.

Please bring your own plates and silverware.
