Guest guest
Hi Suzanne, I'm happy to hear you enjoy my posts. I try to write clearly.I just wrote a post before this, so I'll respond more later. My source of knowledge is varied and deep. I studied Hygiene through correspondence with T.C. Fry, and have been studying it thoroughly over the last 17 years. I have read much on medicine and alternate health practices. I have been practicing raw food, frugivore style, for over 17 years. I have a lengthy education in sciences, which comes in very handy in health research. I've spent time with a few of the popular personalities in the raw movement, and I used them for motivation. My parentsand two of my sisters are raw fooders as well. My studies of Hygiene helped me see the complete falsity of medicine's approach to disease. An understanding of the actual nature of health and disease is a prime example of how the truth sets a person free. Going raw is very difficult at times, so a good attitude is important. Simplicity and perseverance are two of your best friends. Old emotonal/mental habits are your nemesis. Peace out, Robert
