Guest guest
hi all (again), I'm looking into getting certified as a raw nutritionist/chef and i've been doing some online research. I have found many sites that offer chef training (which i feel i need less of), and not as many on food combining and nutrition aspects. what do you guys think or heard of alissa cohen's classes? (she has a certification class coming up that does both of these) do you know any other programs that are excellent and respected? Thanks! christina

You can check out more info at his website at www.foodnsport.com and then click on events. I'm thinking about going to this one. :-) All the best!
