Guest guest
Does anyone have experience with raw rhubarb recipes? My garden is bursting with it, but I haven't done anything but juice some of it. I read that Brian Clements doesn't suggest eating it raw because it's hard to digest. But I wonder if it was used to make a pie or something in the dehydrator, if it would break down enough while retaining it's nourishment value... Thanks for your suggestions or any additional information! ~Sesha~
Guest guest
One of my favorites is making a pudding or pie filling out of rhubarb, strawberries, and dates. I don't recall if I juiced the rhubarb first or just pureed the whole thing. (I've probably done it both ways.) Jeff
