What did you eat yesterday? Bradley Saul, a former pro-cyclist and

founder of Organic Athlete, stopped in Tucson last week to talk about his

organization and told me what he had munched on that day: half of a case

of strawberries, two heads of lettuce chopped into a salad, some oranges

and about 50 small dates.

The tall and lean but strong-looking cyclist is a vegan, and a raw foodist.

50 dates? I don't think that is healthy at all. Not even a pro-athlete

should be eating that many dates...

Raw crackers

Hi

I am new to this group and trying to make thick crunch pesto pumpkin

seed crackers,

I have a blendtec blender and a 5 tray dehydrator.

My kids love these crackers I buy at new seasons and the coop but they

are $4 for a small pack.

Is someone willing to share a secret recipe?

I would love to make a raw cracker that is tasty.

thanks

don

Cocopura - the BEST EVER coconut oil

Hello Seattle Raw Foodist Community!

I am placing a wholesale order for Cocopura ASAP, and want to know who

would like to get in on it. There's a minimum to receive the wholesale

price. I'm going to be rep-ing this product in the NW for my friend,

Coconutty, as it doesn't have much of a presence in our stores - yet!

Currently it can be found online on a few sites, including NFL and

RawGuru. But you can get it through me, now, for much cheaper.

A few of you have already placed orders, so don't feel you have to

contact me again unless you want to confirm.

Wholesale prices, including shipping to Seattle, are:

Cocopura extra virgin coconut oil

8oz in cobalt glass jar $7.95

14oz in clear glass jar $10.95

1oz sample jars - qty 5 $4.00 (in glass as well)

1 gal in HDPE (plastic) $66.00

Check out the website for more information:

www.cocopura.com

Please get back to me on this ASAP. I'd like this order to go out

tomorrow, if possible. If I have enough for the minimum, I will send

it out tomorrow. Those who order after I send that order need not

worry, because I will send out another order as soon as the minimum is

reached again.

This is a great deal! Don't miss it!

When it arrives, you will be able to pick it up either on Capitol Hill

or Shoreline, OR we can arrange to meet. I'm very flexible.

Any questions, you can reach me on my cell at 206-300-9770

Thanks and many blessings,

Sesha (Pron: Say-sha, for those who don't know me ;-)

Re: Cocopura - the BEST EVER coconut oil

Oops! The gallon is actually cheaper:

It's $63.10, not $66

Thanks,

Sesha
