Raw Room for Rent

Hi Raw Seattle,

My wonderful housemate and friend Michelle of 2 years is getting married and

moving! Larger room for rent in Wedgwood house 5 min. North of U. Village

shopping center between Ravenna and Mathews Beach, $425/m + 1/4 utilities (gas,

electric and combined utility bills). There will be 3 people and 3 cats total,

1 vegetarian, 1 almost all but not quite 100% raw foodist and you (and the cats

of course, but no more cats please). I have all the necessary raw food prep

equipment and I am willing to share. I would be interested in combining food

prep chores while that is not necessary. I would also be interested in creating

a part-time paid position for a raw housemate who would want to do food prep for

pay, but not for rent trade, this also is not necessary. Phone and internet are

included with rent as well as use of laundry facilities, far infra-red sauna,

copier, computer, fax machine, large yard with garden space, and storage space.

The house has hardwood floors, 2 bathrooms, fireplace in the living room. It's

close to shopping and bus lines with ample street parking. Very cool housemate

Vicky and myself are hoping to find another alternative minded, good hearted,

cat loving and dependable person who is tolerant of music. I am a musician as

will as working the day job. Please don't e-mail other than if you want to

message since I can not always check my e-mail and because the volume of e-mail
