mucus eliminator

Does anyone have a remedy? I have been raw since Mar 06. I have always

had sinus stuff but using the naso-cup I seem to eliminate most of it,

except for a cough up of a small amount of phlegm every other day or so.

I read in one of the raw books, websites a drink (got my Champion

working yesterday!) that would help decrease it. I just can't remember

where I saw the article. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd appreciate

it. -e-

Hi Eva,

It might not be the banana, it might that it's frozen

and it's being combined with almonds. Fruits and fats

are not a good combination and frozen foods are less

than ideal, better than cooked, but not as good as

fresh.

You might want to try simplifying your diet for while,

eating only fresh foods, and not combining fruits with

fats and seeing if that helps.

I'm fine with fresh bananas eaten alone, but don't do

well with frozen bananas combined with fats anymore, I

used to make a similar ice cream, I loved it, but as I

became healthier and my body became cleaner, it

doesn;t like that combo anymore.

Take care,

Audrey
