need Puget Sound restaurants suggestions for raw/live

Hi,

I live in Port Townsend and I want to know where to get some good raw/live

food in Seattle area. I found Chaco Canyon in the U district. Very good-yum!

Are there others you can recommend? I was surprised that PCC does not serve

raw/live food in the deli. We have some at the Food Co op deli in PT.
