Guest guest Posted March 20, 2006 Report Share Posted March 20, 2006 Getting rid of the enzyme inhibitors by soaking is still vital for digestion... be sure and dry them afterwards... then make the butter with what ever tool you find fun to make stuff with... both the twin auger and the VitaMixer seems to work fine for me... I tried soaking a bunch of almonds, and the butter turned out nasty when I used my Vitamix. Also it is better to make nut butter using a Green Star or Vitamix? Thanks!
