How long is the class?

Can you come late to it if you have to?

Are you a raw food chef?

Do you get to try samples in the class?

Thanks,

Andrea

> How long is the class?

Andrea,

I'm planning for less than 2 hours. I have a lot of information to

cover, but will try to streamline it, making sure students learn what

they need to make the foods. At the same time I may not prepare entire

batches during the class. I know the students' time is valuable. You

don't need to watch me make 50 cookies, or cut up 10 mature coconuts!

I'll be doing a lot of prep work, so we can move more quickly, to

hopefully keep the class more interesting and valuable. We don't have

to actually be out of the center till 5:30, so those who want to stay

late and socialize are welcome to. People can even bring a lunch to eat

later.

> Can you come late to it if you have to?

I'm OK with that. Please just be courteous of others.

> Are you a raw food chef?

Yes, though certainly not full time. I work full time to support my raw

habits. I studied Hotel/Restaurant Mgmt in college, earning a BS

degree, Cum Laude. I first worked in a restaurant at age 17. While, for

many years I have focussed on the hotel end of the business, I never

ventured too far from the business and I have been developing my own

recipes for decades, which evolved to vegetarian, vegan, then raw. (I

have been raw for 5 years.) I have had raw food booths at raw festivals

and have given demos and talks at vegetarian and raw food events around

the US and Canada (Toronto & Vancouver.)

> Do you get to try samples in the class?

Students will receive samples of all the items I am teaching, plus some

Vice Cream™ to go with the cake.

BTW, as part of the featured items, I will be making coconut cream,

coconut milk (valuable ingredients for decadent desserts,) and almond

milk.
