Digital Videographer wanted for raw class

I've had several requests for Videos/DVD's of my chocolate class next

week. I didn't plan on videotaping it, but would like to have it taped

so others could experience the class who could not make it, especially

those from long distances.

 

I cannot afford to pay someone for their service, but could certainly

swap for my class. The ideal would be one camera filming from the

center aisle and another doing close-ups of me and the foods for

editing in later. The footage could also be used for Seattle Cable

Access Network, for which I am trained as a producer (that's another

story). the main things would be a quality image, quality audio, and a

steady hand! (I have a tripod)
