water quality (was fluoridation)

When I was living in Hawaii and using primarily purified (reverse

osmosis) water, I drank a glass of tap water at home, probably because

I was out of purified water or my filter was not working. I ended up

getting a headache! Except for a little Vermont spring water on one of

my visits back east, I have not consumed any non-purified tap water

since that experience in Hawaii. When I travel, I make sure to pick up

some bottled purified water. It may eliminate all the beneficial

minerals, but it also eliminates most of the toxic elements.
