Guest guest
Yes, I do. Got the recipe from " Lifefood recipe book " by Annie Padden Jubb, and David Jubb, PH.D. Here it is. Raw Sesame Tahini 1 cup raw sesame seeds 5 to 7 T. charged water (I just use distilled) pinch Celtic sea salt Grind seeds to a moist meal in coffee grinder, transfer to a bowl and add pinch of salt. Add the water a tablespoon at a time to a thick paste. Enjoy, Lois RawSeattle , " brookelindsay@j... " <BrookeLindsay@j...> wrote: > > Does anyone make their own tahini? Guest guest
I used to make it. Just put sesame seeds in a grinder. It does tend to heat up, depending on what kind of machine you are using, so you might want to throw in an ice cube every so often. Some juicers can do the job.
