With the purchase of a foosball table, we have added a foosball tournament to the festivities. We'll have a lot going on, so we're going to try to stick to a timeline for the activities. 5:00 Party begins (come now and get your ping pong and foosball practice in – also, anybody picking up co-op items needs to pick up between 5 – 6) 6:00 – 6:30 Tournament sign-up 6:30 Dinner 7:00 Tournament play begins 7:30 Feature showing of " The Future of Food " 9:00 Death (Life) by Cacao 9:30 Feature showing of " Go Further " 11:30 Conscious New Year's event in family room for those interested Board games (bring your favorite game if you like) and dancing throughout the evening New Year's Eve Potluck Info: On New Year's Eve – December 31st, 2005, Tom Armstrong and Susan Park will host a potluck. There will be dancing, games, movies, and a round robin ping pong tournament!!! We gather together to support and inspire each other in this incredible raw food adventure. We share recipes, creativity, information, experiences, concerns and techniques. And, most of all, we share wonderful raw meals. What to bring: A prepared dish of raw, organic vegan ingredients. These events are about abundance, therefore, each person is requested to bring a prepared dish large enough to feed 8 - 12 people. Please provide a detailed list of ingredients, and the recipe, if possible. If it's your first time and you don't know what to bring, but are interested in coming, just bring an organic salad with dressing on the side. Please bring your own plates and silverware. Dinner 6:30 - Please bring an appetizer or an entrée. 9 PM will be Death by Cacao – You are all invited to make your best raw cacao ( & /or carob) dessert to trade/barter with others for their cacao creations. Those not interested in partaking of cacao need not bring a dessert (this is not part of the potluck, this is a cacao exchange!). Jeff Rogers might have extra cacao goodies for sale for those unable or unwilling to bring their own and in need of barter material. Call if in need of clarification. Hope to see you here!
