I've taken this course, as well as Essentials, Chef's training, Catering & Holiday Entertaining, & will be an assistant in this class. In addition to what Alicia posted, I'll tell you that this is a very well organized class with a TON of information, recipes & handouts: rapid fire demos every 15 to 20 minutes + you get to eat everything: a LOT of food, all organic. They feel very strongly about using all 100% organic food. Preparing so many recipes, all organic, is one reason they're priced higher than a typical cooking class. The Living Light classes seriously sped up my learning curve about raw food & gave me a chance to learn directly from some of the best raw chefs on the planet.
