Guest guest
i see that now Ron - i am sorry for taking it personally. i live with a woman on a SAD -- she keeps a lot of junk around. i live here by choice even tho it's a challenge, it's a labor of love. her husband of 32 years left her. she cherishes my company and i am introducing her to live foods little by litle...she had a fresh juice this morning, a smoothie the day before, some of my crackers and also raw cinnamon bun. she still covets her junk and somehow i slipped into this old pattern. see, she is the mom of my best friend from jr high. she is like a mom to me and i temporarily forgot i was vegan and reached for something from the past that used to comfort me but no longer serves me. i re-visited an old comfort food and realized it's really a discomfort food and that i am better off without it. thank you for your being helpful. i see your caring. i am looking to do a CSA home produce delivery with a nearby neighbor once my income flow begins to flow in. I see how i overlooked your concern. i am sory for that and feel the support of this group is here. love, Shakti Ron Koenig <theveganking wrote: I'm not sure what you mean by this, but I was trying to help. I have been unemployed and it was hard for me--I reached out to friends then also. If my e-mail was not perceived as encouragement, then there must be a flaw inherent in written communication. It is part of loving ourselves that helps us to make better choices for our health like by reaching out and telling our truth to people we hope will offer the warmth, encouragement and acceptance that friendship offers. If one is other than met with warmth and grace one must look within and find that grace as I am doing by writing to you Ron. Safeway offers it at Safeway.com and I think Albertson's offers it at Albertsons.com. Are you the only raw person where you live? It would help to have a friend close by for support. I hope you can get a job soon--I have been unemployed and it is tough having a lot of free time and no money to do anything. Ron Koenig DSL Something to write home about.
