Guest guest
Hello friends! Just thought I'd share a couple of articles that feature Chaco Canyon Cafe from local publications: http://www.evergreenmonthly.com/2005/em2111/localfood2111.html - This features Chaco Canyon, the Flying Apron, as well as a tiny tiny blurb about Cedars. It's more organic focused, but the photo is of one of my raw pizzas, and a glass of carrot juice! The second actually features myself and our friend Nora Lenz, and is much more raw food centered: http://www.zwire.com/site/news.cfm?newsid=15303144 & BRD=1024 & PAG=461 & dept_id=2314\ 84 & rfi=8 Hope you enjoy the reads! -Heather FareChase - Search multiple travel sites in one click. Guest guest
Oh these are such great articles!! Makes me feel so hopeful. Thank you so much for posting. What days do you work again, Heather? I always seem to miss you - I've asked a few times if you were there. I'm definitely due for a visit - I think next week I'll drop in for one of your most delicious pizzas (btw, last time I was there, there were no pizzas to be had ather Andersen <starrrie333 wrote:Hello friends! Guest guest
LOL! My schedule is all over the place, and it's easy to miss me! I'm busting my tail trying to keep the pizzas in stock so I tend to work mid-day shifts a couple of times of a week so that I have time to make the crusts. (We tend to be slow between 2:30 and 4:30.) We are losing two people, so the schedule will be changing soon anyhow. Keep on the look out for me, though, as I feel like I'm there all the time! The pizza of the week this week is particularly good (I'm going to post about it in a seperate post) so if you can get in by Tuesday of next week it would be a good thing. If you like mushrooms, at least! And believe me, I'm working HARD to try to keep the pizzas in stock! Kelda has even started making the crusts lately, to help me keep up with demand! I made 33 crusts today and they'll likely be gone by Friday. Best! -Heather Sheree <goldenrae2001 wrote: Oh these are such great articles!! Makes me feel so hopeful. Thank you so much for posting.
