Joyce, I feel you~ It's easier said than done..here's one way!

We gotta walk around with loving meesages written backwards

on our foreheads sometimes so that when we look in the mirror,

it is staring us in the face. I loved an activity that Linda

did with us once at a potluck. It was for New Years eve of

2004. We each taped a large piece of paper onto our backs

and Linda gave us colorful magic markers and each of us

were asked to write sweet 'nothings' on eachother's backs.

It was really something! For a while Orion and I kept ours

taped up to the fridge in our first apartment together. It

was like writing love on your water bottle; in that all of

our food inside of our fridge was imbued with all the sweet

sayings people had written about us. I was quite smitten

by this activity and share with the group to share the power

of my Gratitude to each of you who continue to touch my life.

Thanks to all who have the courage to share their stories and

simple truths. We are One; Always!

~Love Shakti
