Guest guest Posted November 2, 2005 Report Share Posted November 2, 2005 hola everyone... plant sap (juice) is made up of water and dissolved solids (nutrients) brixing is a method of reading the dissolved solids in a liquid, in our case, the juice (sap) of a plant or fruit the higher the brix number, the higher the percentage of dissolved solids you can read more on it at http://www.crossroads.ws/index.htm what this basically boils down to is; the more healthy the soil potentially, the more healthy the plant and potentially, the more healthy the person or animal that eats the plant norm )~ ...... raw food, simply wonderful .....
