Hi Lois, Now I remember! Green smoothie fans Unite!

Well when you make my Green Thai, Add a whole lime w/ peel!

This makes it more zingy. I like it that way. Plus 1 cup water

unless you like yours thick. If you want more creaminess,

add a T of coconut butter. I made this simple for Victoria's

book so I could stick to her theme. It's good both ways; one is

just lighter and simpler. You may like a bit more substance for

the chilly weather. A thai chili pepper would warm you up too.

you don't really need the stevia for this recipe. It's an option.

Hi Shakti,

Thanks for the pointers on the Green Thai smoothie. Coconut butter

and a chili pepper for the winter. I am already hating the cold

weather, burr!
