Hi Helen- Thanks for sharing about this and for coming to my

indoor pack up the truck 'pic-nic!' It was good to see you b4

heading out btw! I gotta find some of this kidney stuff for my

Dad. us Libras need to take good care of our Kidneys..I took

my Dad to Cafe Gratitude T'day. He really dug on it. He was

a bit hesitant tho the mariachi band really revved him up and

he settled on a warm bowl; not quite raw though good enough

for a start. Then when I got him home, he asked for another

salad. I didn't have any Durian to put in it tho. Oh well

He's transitioning and I'm happy to be his bridge to rawdom.

C'est La Vie~ Oh and can I get this root you mention and

put it in a soup blended up raw in my Blend-tec?

Love love love and light! Any one out there got

some ides for keeping the padres in the raw?

Hi, Shakti. Congratulations for turning your dad around to raw-dom. I

don't know about using the Mountain Potato/Mountaint Medicine in raw

recipe. We have to experiment on it. Can you share what's on the menu of

Cafe Gratitude? I'll be visiting the Bay area next year.

Helen
