Guest guest
In Seattle those full Spectrum Light Bulbs Really Helped. I am in the Bay Area now; in my home turf though I brought my bulbs along with me here too... the Cayenne & Ginger are the way to go. You can even mix the powder or juice the Ginger fresh in your juices. this makes it easier to cleanse and stay warmer in the Winter In my memory - Going to Potlucks warms me up and so does a good soup in the Dehydrator.....Shakti Calling a good friend can help too...I'd love to hear from some of you 415-385-2011 or email a reply if you are in the Bay area sometime. loisc100 <loisc100 wrote: This is something I will be facing this winter. Staying warm. I know you can sprinkle cayenne pepper into your socks to prevent frost bite, and put it in water and drink it. Or do the lemon aid, with cayenne, lemon juice and a sweetener. It called for maple syrup and that's not raw. We could add jalapeno peppers to our gourmet dishes. I know this heats me up. Anyone else have any ideas?
