I call it " Deep Raw " because in addition to learning how to prepare and enjoying the yummiest food on the planet we go deep so that you can experience live-food success In class you get an overview of the Raw Food Kitchen: the Equipment and the Ingredients and teach Live-Food Chefs Techniques you will learn to make the above-mentioned dishes fast and easily. If you are new to raw or an ccomplished chef, there is something for you in these classes. You learn not only how to make the food, but get cutting edge information on how to make Live-Food work for you: Learn to identify and balance your body type; to use Low-glycemic Sweeteners; to source Local, Seasonal Produce; to Re-mineralize your body; to use Superfoods for Energy and Endurance; and more. Plus you get the support of everyone else there! On the menu this Saturday October 22 are the following delicious Mexican dishes: Tortilla Soup, Burritios stuffed with Sensational Salsa, 'Never-Fried No Beanz', Holy Gaucamole and Macadamia Sour Cream. For Dessert: Mesquite Fudge Fondue with Sesonal Fruit. Your instructor Bruce Horowitz is known as one of the most experienced raw food instructors around. He has trained hundreds of people, including the chefs at several Raw Resturants, around the coutry to lovingly prepare delicious live-food. A featured presenter at the International Festival of Raw and Living Food and Bruce was an invited Keynote Speaker at this year’s Grand Opening of the Living Light Culinary Institute!
