HI! I've been vegan for 6 years, and am just newly a raw foodist. I am renting

a room in

my house in NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA and would LOVE to find another vegan raw foodist

to move in if possible!!!!

1 Room in a 3 bedroom / 2 bath house for rent in NorthHollywood ... Whitsett &

Vanowen

are the major cross streets....(10 min from Hollywood / Los Feliz).

The house is kind of spanish cottage style.... 1,300 square feet, and the whole

lot is 6,660

sq. ft. You and the other renter (26 year old male) would share a bathroom (has

a tub and

shower), and basically the main part of the house. My room, the bathrm, and

studio are in

the front. It is $625, plus utilities.... we have DSL, but no phone line. There

is a washer/

dryer, and oven. There is also a refridgerator (of course), garbadge

disposal.....the basic

necessities in the house. NO PETS! I would like to do a 6 month lease , and I

ask for a $300

security deposit.

I'm looking for a person to move in the 1st of Nov. to our house. We are

responsible,

working musicians, and college graduates, ages 26-30. So it's not a party house,

but a

nice creative healthy abode!! It's in a safe neighborhood with plenty of street

parking. The

back yard is fenced in and mostly a spanish brick tiled patio with avocado,

peach,

pomagranite, and lime trees. We plant a little garden too.... which you are

welcome to

plant in. There is a 70's style fireplace in the living room, and a cute little

kitchen.

Here's a little info about me...... I am a female graduate of USC (originally

from Montana). I

am a singer/ songwriter, and also do a little commercial work, etc. I'm pretty

laid back and

mellow, and keep to myself and my songwriting a lot, but enjoy the company of

friends

too. I want to have a house with responsible and cool people, who are fairly

clean and can

pay rent on time. we have a few people over for BBQ's etc. once in a while

too... but of

course nothing too crazy. I am a vegan, raw foodist, so I happily would welcome

another

vegetarian in the house. No pets please!!
