Chaco Canyon Cafe Specials for the week of August 31st-September 7th, 2005

Hello my Raw Friends!

 

 

 

I apologize for not posting the pizza of the week last week- with Chris on

vacation we were busy!

 

 

 

Starting this evening the pizza of the week will be a classic- The Combo! We

start with our classic crust, top it with a rich sun-dried tomato, garlic, and

oregano sauce, and then add onion, green bell pepper, and olives! We top it off

with pine-nut parmesan and serve it with a side salad for $7.95.

 

 

 

Our amazing head chef Lois also whipped up some delicious cookies! Made with

soaked oat groats, almonds, cacao nibs, and dried cherries they are divine! (I

tried one last night before they were dehydrated fully.. Man oh MAN were they

good!). These will be $1.75/each.

 

 

 

With peaches in season right now we are also making our Raw Tropique smoothie

with peaches instead of mango. For those of you not in the know, the Tropique

contains bananas, peaches, and fresh apple juice. So simple, and a taste treat

beyond compare! Two sizes available, $3.50 (10oz) and $4.95 (16oz).

I've already tried the pizza. It's great. I like the tomato sauce and

the rich pinenut parmesan on the pizza.

Thank you so much for posting these specials!! I was in recently and had the

Margherita Pizza! Fabulous!! I really enjoyed the salad as well - great

dressing!! Boy I wish I lived closer, I'd visit Chaco Canyon at least a couple

times a week.
