Guest guest Posted August 29, 2005 Report Share Posted August 29, 2005 Last summer I was introduced to raw foods at Brenda Cobb's Living Foods Institute in Atlanta as a guest of someone who participated in her 10- day class. I have most of the equipment (juicers, blenders, food proceesor, Vitamix, and food preparartion manuals) but still am having great difficulty converting into the raw foods lifestyle. What I am lacking is hands-on training and perhaps further inspiration. It is a difficult adjustment at this point. If anyone knows of classes in raw foods preparation, please advise. I also hope to receive emails of upcoming events. I was disappointed to learn that I had just missed a seminar with the Boutenkos. Thanks for any and all input.
