I've been interested in living a raw foods lifestyle for the last three years and while I've dibbled and dabbled, I've never fully committed. In 2002, I took a 10-day fully raw course but I haven't been able to fully maintain the lifestyle. For the last seven years I have been living in Atlanta, where I've had access to a pretty active raw community, two full time raw education centers, several raw restaurants, and a vegetarian supermarket. In October of last year, I relocated back to Seattle and have recently decided that I'm really ready to live 75-85% raw and I'm very excited to be in community with others on the raw journey. I'm looking forward to the potlucks and support that you all seem to have cultivated in Seattle. Hope to meet you soon!
