I tried the yogurt recipe and I don't know if it's good or not. I

followed the instructions, maybe too long. I soaked for more the 24

hours and I let it sit out for a little longer, like 24 hours. I

don't think it was 90 degree weather for 6 - 10 hours. Anyways it

looks like it got cooked in some way maybe. I has a brown film on

the top of it. Still safe to eat or see what happens after I eat it?
