So glad to see you all Raw!!

I'm 2 and a half months into the Raw food except

for (organic coffee, okay just shoot me with a

cucumber! Haw!) and I feel great!

I went through some heavy detox for the first 2 weeks but

it was worth the way I feel right now. I've read Joe Alexander's

book and two of David Wolfe's to guide me along

and they really have helped alot.

 

Wow! this so great to see you all! I'm new and glad to

see all of you! Looking forward to talking to yee

Wow Cool thanx for the invitation! I would like to

go. I got a salad ideas I could make to bring

or I could bring a blender, fruits, veggies and make some

smoothies. But I can't make any promises with my hectic

schedule, work and my poor car is on its last legs

so I'm keeping kind of local at the time

being. Crouquet sounds like alot of fun I haven't

played that in forever. I don't think

I've ever played it the correct way

either!!
