Guest guest Posted June 30, 2005 Report Share Posted June 30, 2005 Namaste' raw fooders....Stanley Sabre here...new to the list....short bio includes raw food off and on since 1999...ALWAYS feel better.....and somehow seem to slip back into the cooked stuff....we have been vegetarian for 30 years plus....80% plus raw since 3 months at Anne Wigmore in Puerto Rico ('99)......got real tired of their " energy soup " ....also Optimum Health in San Diego three times for shorter stays....really trying to learn how to prepare the seed cheeze so that it tastes good.....I enjoy drinking and growing wheatgrass.....we are now experimenting with growing all of our sprouts hydroponically.......have six big trays with auto misting system...will be able to come to some potlucks later this summer....92 yr old mother wants to go to the ocean this weekend.....we usually bring greens, sprouts and wheatgrass for most of our meals away...we began the hydroponics the first week of may....kindof need some moral support and that is why I looked up and joined RawSeattle....had a very nice talk with Linda on her way to her new abode on Vashon....hope to meet many of you as the summer progresses stanley & resha sabre - heartsong RawSeattle Wednesday, June 29, 2005 12:19 PM [RawSeattle] Hinge Hi Paula, Yes, Roger is correct.
