Chocolate-Coconut Milk water and meat from one young coconut 1 tbs raw chocalate nibs (get them from Shakti Parvati - yum!) 1 tsp sweetener (either maple syrup or agave nectar) Mango-Coconut Milk-shake water and meat from one young coconut 1/2 of a mango 1/4 tsp of palm sugar (don't know if it's raw, but it's just too good) Just for a little extra fiber and Omega 3, I usually add some ground up flax seed to these smoothies.
