I'm enjoying all of the replies regarding flight meals... i'll be sure to

report back regarding what we get served; however, will certainly pack our

own food! On second thought, not sure how much raw veggies we can take into

another country.

 

Just returned from Sandra's potluck (thank you again Sandra!)and realized I

forgot to ask if anyone has used " aquatic seagrass " ? I was at the fabulous

Au Lac restaurant in Fountainview, California last week and Chef Ito uses it

in many of his recipes. When soaked, it tastes and looks like rice. Just

googled it and could find no info. I'd love any info you might have!
