On second thought, not sure how much raw veggies we can take into another country. Just returned from Sandra's potluck (thank you again Sandra!)and realized I forgot to ask if anyone has used " aquatic seagrass " ? I was at the fabulous Au Lac restaurant in Fountainview, California last week and Chef Ito uses it in many of his recipes. When soaked, it tastes and looks like rice.
