Guest guest
Announcing a new potluck this Saturday and each subsequent 1st Saturday of the month. The specifics should be listed soon on the Raw Seattle Event Calender - but in the meantime the details are: Location - Armstrong Park (Tom Armstrong & Susan Park's place) 22336 NE 85th St Redmond WA 98053 425-868-8128 Time - 6PM - 10PM What to bring: Please bring " whole, fresh, ripe, raw, organic plantlife " . Any items that are dehydrated, contain honey, spice(s), oil(s), and/or vinegar should be labeled accordingly. Should an item contain nuts and/or seeds, please label each variety and whether or not it was soaked. If you don't know what to bring but are interested in coming, just bring a bowl of greens or fruit. Organic items are always preferred. Listing your recipe and/or where you acquired your whole food item is always appreciated. Please bring your own plates and silverware. Feel free to bring any food-prep books, recipes, dietary literature, and any other information that would be of interest to our group. Call if you have any questions. Hope to see you Saturday.
