New Potluck

Announcing a new potluck this Saturday and each subsequent 1st Saturday of the

month. The specifics should be listed soon on the Raw Seattle Event Calender -

but in the meantime the details are:

 

Location - Armstrong Park (Tom Armstrong & Susan Park's place)

22336 NE 85th St

Redmond WA 98053

425-868-8128

 

Time - 6PM - 10PM

 

What to bring:

Please bring " whole, fresh, ripe, raw, organic plantlife " . Any items that are

dehydrated, contain honey, spice(s), oil(s), and/or vinegar should be labeled

accordingly. Should an item contain nuts and/or seeds, please label each

variety and whether or not it was soaked. If you don't know what to bring but

are interested in coming, just bring a bowl of greens or fruit. Organic items

are always preferred. Listing your recipe and/or where you acquired your whole

food item is always appreciated. Please bring your own plates and silverware.

Feel free to bring any food-prep books, recipes, dietary literature, and any

other information that would be of interest to our group.

Very cool, Tom. For some reason I haven't been getting event notices for

the potlucks. I will try to be there! :)
