Guest guest
I have a cataract, and was hoping going 100% raw would have helped to reverse it, but I can't see any difference yet. Is there a natural way to clear up cataracts? I need advice, as I do not want to go the surgery route. In Health, Lois (from Yakima)
Guest guest
Lois, I am sure that raw food will improve many aspects of your body, including your eyes. I have not heard of specific testimonials on raw foods helping cataracts, but I have heard testimonials for extended water fasting helping clear cataracts. You might check the testimonials here: http:www.tanglewoodwellnesscenter.com. I know Loren has spoken of cataracts clearing up. Guest guest
Thanks! I have Tom Quackenbush's book, Relearning to See..., yet fail to practice what is said, so was hoping raw foods would heal my eyesight and especially my cataract. Hum! An extended water fast. What about a vegetable fast instead? Well, I'll check with Nora, and check that other website.
