Guest guest
Hi All, Is there a connection between vegan and raw foods? All diets include some raw foods, but the vegan pot lucks i have gone to over the years looked like a diabetic feast to me.....and for myself, starches and sugars are dangerous. This is why highly enzymatic , right out of the goat, lactose, is probably the richest and purest of nature's foods, and truly holistic in its nutrition, especially for mammals. Another fantastic thing about goats milk , for those who know medical history, goats milk was used as a poisin preventative and remedy. And the local Simple (doctor) used goats milk, not cows milk to administer to those who have been poisened. How would they know in the old days the vast difference between cows and goats milk. In the old books, there is no mention of any other remedy usually. Probably, raw goats milk is the best detox one could do. Activated raw milk is a powerful cleanser. My goats love to be milked and want to be milked......they havn't been wild , I would say for at least 300,000 years. They are a gift from our ancestors. And when I walk in the woods and fields and brush country, I give thanks for those ancient efforts and am in awe to have found my way, late in life, as a caretaker for one of the most valuable possessions and companions of humanity.
