Please send me the info or call me. 2) Wouldn't it be great to have a totally raw house? I might even consider co-investing if anyone is interested in the joint venture. Let's put our heads together and create something wonderful! 3) Any raw folks, or raw wannabes interested in renting in such a house? As a loan officer and member of a local real estate investment group, I frequently hear about houses priced below retail, mainly from investors who are looking to sell quickly rather than waiting to sell them through a realtor. Write or call and let me know what areas of town you would consider and what price range you have in mind and I will pass those leads on to you when I see them.
