Guest guest
Hello, I'm hoping to get a quick answer. I'm leaving tomorrow and I'll be on the road for several days - I plan to purchase a few young coconuts, but will not be able to use them until Friday evening. I'll keep them in a cooler, of course, but want to make sure that 4 days is an acceptable amount of time before they're used. Thanks in advance. Guest guest
Check out http://www.youngcoconuts.com/faq.html . They advise they should keep 2-3 weeks after you buy them, but to keep them refrigerated for longest shelf life.
