Guest guest
Hi Everyone! I began the last email to you by crowing about Spring coming early… and I hope I’M not the one that jinxed things for our fair city! Even if our fifth season of dreariness has temporarily returned, Chaco Canyon will be thumbing our collective nose at it and the fates by having another splendid table of raw cuisine on Friday the 13th of May. Fresh off her very popular and successful series of cooking classes at PCC, Chef Lois Maykut has put together another enticing multi-coursed menu that includes much of the first crops of Spring: Asparagus, Basil, Arugula, fresh Spring Mix and more. Italian in theme, it’s sure to be a hit (even though we resisted the temptation to delve into the wildly popular world of raw lasagna). We are now taking reservations, with seating available from 5pm – 8:30pm. Reserve early, as our dinners typically sell out. To make a reservation, either call us at (206)522-6966, or email the following information to us at facetphoto: 1. Your name 2. Your party size 3. The time you wish to attend 4. Your phone number Thank you for your support and we will see you soon!
