Chaco Carrot Cake now at Issaquah and View Ridge PCC

Hello Everyone,

 

Thank you all for your overwhelming support of the carrot cakes in PCC --

they can hardly keep them on the shelves in Fremont and Kirkland! The best

part is they are interested in carrying more raw products now that they

understand it's not " fringe " to do so.

 

View Ridge and Issaquah have begun to carry them as well. They are

individually packaged and typically found in the cold section of the deli --

not in the dessert case near the register. If your local PCC is not

carrying the cake and you would like it too, exercise your consumer power

and let the Deli Head know!

 

Also, Chef Lois is teaching a beginner class in Raw Food preparation at PCC

over the next few weeks:

 

*Wednesday, March 30th (tonight) at West Seattle PCC (6:30pm - 9pm)

*Monday, April 4th at Greenlake PCC (6:30pm - 9pm)

*Wednesday, Apr 13th, at Issaquah PCC (6:30pm - 9pm)

Oh I'm so excited to hear that Issaquah is carrying them now! I'll certainly buy

one (at least) every week!!!
