Guest guest
Hi Sheree, I make scones out of the following ingredients, though I'll apologize in advance for not having measurements: Equal parts ground golden flax and sifted almond flour (work with the consistency, you may want to use less flax and more almond flour) Coconut oil water or raisin soak water fresh blueberries or soaked raisins (or other favorite dried fruit such as apricots...) lemon and orange zest (don't skimp on these) vanilla bean or extract sweetener of choice (agave, honey, etc.) cinnamon, nutmeg + spices of choice optional: sprouted nuts of choice salt (very important) Form into scone shapes and dehydrate. Let me know if you have any questions! Christy RawSeattle [RawSeattle ] Tuesday, March 22, 2005 1:54 AM RawSeattle [RawSeattle] Digest Number 1259 There are 4 messages in this issue. If a my wacky ideas were half-baked before I was raw, are they half-sprouted now? Have a joyful day, full of new life.
