Guest guest
Has everybody heard that about a week ago governor Gregoire declared state-wide drought emergency? We need to start conserving water. Seattle Public Utilities and Seattle Conservation Corps have provided rain barrels for Seattle residents at a discounted price (52 plus tax). These 50 gallen rain barrels look quite attractive, made of heavy food grade plastic in a terra cotta color. These barrels were made in Greece. They were shipped from the Miterranean full of olives or peppers for bottling in the US. The Conservation Corps at Sand Point Magnuson Park attached all the fittings--drain cock, spigot and overflow and mosquito screening for the lid.
