Before I ventured into the raw life I was taking supplements of magnesium and malic acid. Are there food high in both and in such an amount that I do not need to eat, lets say a dozen apples (malic acid), to get the benefits? (see http://77.1911encyclopedia.org/M/MA/MALIC_ACID.htm ) Magnesium is found in green leafy vegetables (such as spinach) and in nuts. Guest guest Posted March 20, 2005 Report Share Posted March 20, 2005 Wow Ron, it's amazing how the body craves what it needs. I crave spinach alot and apples (non sour though).
