Guest guest
Great info, Laura. Thank you. Laura Haddaway <iamdunroamin wrote:Thank you for all the info on cosmetics etc. there still is an awesome Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractor in Fremont! Dr. Dan Lewis started as a Shaman many years ago. He does various types of testing, and also is very supportive of herbal use etc. In Fact I am putting together a book on herbs and recipes to place in his office for clients, at his request. (In fact I make him his total Tonic.) Dr. Dan Lewis (tell him Laura sent you) 206-632-3226 at 753 N. 35th Suite 101, Seattle WA 98103. His building is right next to the Famous Fremont Troll bridge, one block down from the Sculpture. SO do take a nice raw lunch and go up and visit, the Troll loves company. I get many recipes for salves and so on from Hawk Health on . (Of course you ahve to join to access the files.) They teach you raw eating and how to make your own herbal stuff. Here is their info. http://health.HAWK_Health_Awareness/?yguid=109528268 BTW most folks don't take into account that if you have made the transition into raw, you won't need herbal cleansings and so on of the same strength as a unreformed SAD eater. Do keep it in mind though when you chose something. Since we are more in tune (Hopefully) with out diet, we need to listen to it. Always test your cosmetics, lotions etc as you can change and be sensitive to something that never gave you trouble before. (Or you were so toxic on the SAD eating that you didn't understand what your body was telling you.) Laura
