Disease a symptom of aging

There are a lot of diseases that doctors credit to " aging, " but they

are not taking in the fact that diet and exercise along with

following all the health principles slows down the aging process. It

is the Standard American Diet that ages the body prematurely and

causes a lot of the diseases Americans now have. It was not uncommon

for farmers to exercise outdoors earning their livelihood throughout

their lives to die peacefully in their sleep at a ripe old age.

Death was listed as " death by natural causes " rather than some

disease prematurely taking their life.

Ron:

And then there are the epidemics of obesity and diabetes, both directly

attributable to diet. Then there is the epidemic of prescriptions for all

types of drugs and medications for conditions that could also be cured by a

healty diet and exercise. It's rather

disturbing to recognize how medically ignorant our culture really is.
