Guest guest
Regarding Miso, I recently apprenticed in the Tree of Life cafe and we used quite a bit of miso. SouthRiver brand is the only brand that I know of that isn't pasteurized. Some Whole Foods markets carry it but unfortunately ours here in Seattle doesn't. The agave that Natural Zing sells is pretty good! Christy RawSeattle [RawSeattle ] Tuesday, March 15, 2005 10:07 PM RawSeattle [RawSeattle] Digest Number 1253 There are 25 messages in this issue. You know I went to http://www.rawguru.com and I still don't see a book. The only book I see is " Raw In Ten " by Bryan Au. Someone mentioned there are two different books. I'm confused. But then again, that is nothing new. It is live because of the friendly bacteria used to make that particular type of miso.
