About the Presenter:

 

Formerly Executive Chef at Juliano’s world famous ‘RAW’ Restaurant, Bruce has

been a featured presenter at the International Festival of Raw and Living Food

for four consecutive years. At Bruce’s classes you will receive printed recipes

and hand-outs, professional instruction, invaluable information and

inspiration! They include set-up of a safe, functional, nutritious raw food

kitchen and are suitable for novice to advanced chefs and raw food enthusiasts
