Guest guest Posted February 17, 2005 Report Share Posted February 17, 2005 I just wanted to thank the always-excellent Chaco Canyon Café for their sumptuous and scrumptious special Valentine's dinner Monday. I am still rejoicing! It is always an amazement to go out for a fabulous dinner and not feel sick from overeating. I loved every dish - still trying to figure out why the blend of surprising sushi flavors haunts me like a good dream. I have to say that I think this one was the best yet. And I love that Gado Gado sauce, had leftovers, to my joy, the next day. Life is good with a lovingly-run raw restaurant in town.
